The Head office of the entire Network is located in London area. Under the directorship of this office and via the network of the representative/associated offices around the globe, New Line Agencies is offering the following services:

Full and complete Agency representation / attendance of all types of vessels at any ports and canals where we are operating.

Daily reports, advices and instructions (when required) of the vessels’ progress and whereabouts when vessels under our attendance and responsibility.

All of our port Captains, Boarding officers and Operators that are being employed into our Network, are highly experienced Maritime professionals, locally based and fully conversant with the proceeded requirements of the local Authorities / Bodies of the Ports, Canals, Straits and Terminals. This enabling New Line to conduct full and uninterrupted Agency attendance, support and services to both vessels and their Managers/Owners, during day or night, weekends or holidays.

Arranging, co-ordinating and offering the best terms, conditions and competitive prices when the following operations are being requested:

  • Agency attendance when vessels are calling ports for operations or transiting Canals / Straits
  • Husbandry Services
  • Crew change / Cash to Master and any assistance to the crew
  • Purchase and onwards delivery of bunkers and Lubricants
  • Forwarding and general Logistics of any consignments
  • Purchase and delivery of spares / stores / provisions etc
  • Co-ordination with P+I clubs, Classes, Flags and any kind of Legal and Medical Assistance
  • Co-ordination of Surveys, Repairs, Maintenances, Dry-docks etc

Auxiliary Services:

  • Close co-ordination with local Authorities for granting of any possible rebates thus reducing the operational costs to the very minimum and giving the opportunity to the Managers and/or Operators to produce results to the extreme benefits of their companies.
  • Providing legal and operational assistance by rectifying situations when vessels are experiencing mechanical or other failures, problems with the crew, local suppliers, state and local Agents, Authorities and other bodies
  • Organising and co-ordinating with the vessels’ Classification Societies, P+I Clubs, Flags and Insurances for rectification of any problems during Surveys, Maintenances, Dry-docks, Inspections or when accident may occur when vessels in the areas where we are operating.
  • Full audited and scrutinized disbursements accounts, ensuring the elimination of any ‘unnecessary’ charges.
  • Timely settlement of any credit or debit balances.
  • Through a variety of reputable Bunkering and Lubricating companies, we are able to arrange timely and most efficient deliveries of any types of bunkers and lubricants to most of the ports we are operating. Thanks to our long co-operation with these suppliers, we can offer best and most competitive prices at the most acceptable and affordable terms and conditions.
